Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at trulyruby@outlook.com within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we have not heard from you within 5 days of you receiving your order, we will assume you are happy and no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
Refunds and Exchanges
The fastest way to resolve any complaint, is for you to return the item to us, so we can inspect the item and together work out the most satisfactory outcome for you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item within 2 working days of receipt. If you want an exchange, the replacement item will be posted to you within 5 working days. If you want a refund, you will be automatically refunded the full amount for the item, plus the cost of your postage when returning the item to us, on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not issue refunds or exchanges on sale items. These orders are final sales.
