Thank you for shopping with Truly Ruby. The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions you have about shipping times and rates.

UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 5 working days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Cost of shipping and packaging is dependent on total weight of goods ordered plus packaging required, as follows:

If Gross Total Weight is below 100g the postage is £2.00 
If Gross Total Weight is between 101g and 250g the postage is £2.35
If Gross Total Weight is between 251g and 2kg the postage is £4.00

We use Evri for our delivery courier and their standard delivery times from them receiving your parcel is 2-4 business days.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Truly Ruby is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact Evri to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
