UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 5 working days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Cost of shipping and packaging is dependent on total weight of goods ordered plus packaging required.

We use Royal Mail Second Class for our delivery postage and their standard delivery times from them receiving your parcel is 2-4 business days.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Truly Ruby is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
